This document summarizes a study of two stochastic queue models (Models A and B) with batch Markovian arrivals and services in a randomly varying environment. Model A has maximum arrival batch sizes greater than maximum service batch sizes, while Model B is the opposite. The queue has infinite capacity. The generator matrix for each model is partitioned differently based on arrival, service, and environment parameters to enable analysis using matrix methods. Numerical examples are provided to illustrate the models.
