- Opinions were mixed on preferring basic slashers vs more complex/mysterious ones. Most liked some mystery to engage their thinking.
- Plot twists were liked if not too obvious or nonsensical. They want the story to make sense overall.
- Views on gore varied. Some felt it's needed for realism/shock in
7. Production reflection
Cameron Whapples reflects on the production process of creating a zombie game. They drew the zombies to be the same size as the main character and made them explode upon being shot to reduce animation work. Whapples is pleased with how the layered jungle background turned out, hiding elements in the midground with foliage. An attempted hut did not fit the art style and was left out of the final product. Whapples is most pleased with the main character design which captures the theme of the game through a shaggy hairstyle and camouflage pants giving a crazed ex-military look.

A Sense Of Color
- 1. A Sense Of Color Xavier Mayi
- 2. Introduction Hello there, in my presentation you will see how I make my knowledge about photography come to life, how I see color and its values and my kid like imagination of epic fantasy. Enjoy!
- 4. An Orange The previous photo is called An Orange because you guessed it, it is an orange. This image represent well color since it is a bright yellow, with shadows and a clear source of light. The source of light in this image is sunlight and it’s coming from the right, the opened window. You can see the bright parts of the orange and the dark parts which are the shadows, still it maintains a bright yellow. This photo follows the rule of thirds and has a horizon line which is the border of the table. This photo has the correct exposure to light, not so much, not so little.
- 6. I’m Just Playing I liked this photo a lot, not my favorite one but I like the contrast of the controller with everything else. The table is black, the mouse is black, the pad is black, even the most part of the controller is black. But the neon red and blue of the controller makes me think that this is a good contrast between color. In this photo I wanted to show the contrast of colors, and I think this is good enough.
- 8. This Is War I like chess, how it plays and the idea behind it of you commanding your army to battle. That’s what inspired me into taking a photo of my chess board. This is my favorite image out of the all since the beautiful background and the pattern in this image makes me say “For once in months I did a good job” The horizon line of the pawns fading away into the distance makes me think that there are 100 more pawns ready to battle but that I just can't seem to see them. The blurry background makes the pieces look more epic, the lightness of the sunlight at the top and the darkness at the bottom of the image also has symbolism left to imagination.
- 10. Our Leaders I finally figured out how to do bokeh on my phone. You can see the shape of the black pieces but not see them as well as you can see the white pieces at the background. The two black pieces ‘ leaders(Kind and the queen)that seem to stare into the white pieces’ leaders. When I saw 300 a similar camera angle stick with me for a long time, you could see the blurred backs of the enemy’s army, and see the protagonist(sorry forgot his name) and his army clear as water, that scene was my inspiration for this photo.
- 12. Battle Interrupted This time, the chess pieces are not the subject of the photo, if you didn’t notice the subject of this image is a huge golden dragon that spits fire, aka my dragon toy. The bokeh effect on the tower and the angles with which I took this photo make the dragon look bigger more menacing when in reality it’s not that big. I n my eng lang class I learned about camera angles. I learned that when taking a photo from below the subject it makes them look more powerful/confident, that’s what I was going for in this image, menacing camera angles was my inspiration for this photo.
