Gulliver's fourth voyage involves being shipwrecked on a land inhabited by two groups - the Houyhnhms, who are rational, horse-like creatures, and the Yahoos, hairy humanoids used as slaves. Gulliver comes to admire the Houyhnhms for their reason-based society and sees humans as no better than the Yahoos, becoming unable to tell the difference between humans and Yahoos. Though he tries to imitate the Houyhnhms, he is eventually exiled for being too much like a Yahoo. Returning home, Gulliver expresses deep hatred for humanity.
