This document provides instructions for creating a 90-day plan to achieve goals. It recommends focusing on short-term goals instead of annual goals, which can be overwhelming. The instructions guide the reader to download a planning worksheet, list goals in various life areas, and specify 10 time-bound goals for the next 90 days. Tasks are then scheduled on a calendar or to-do list to accomplish each goal on a weekly basis over the 3-month period. Following the plan structure is meant to set the reader up for success in achieving their goals.

Congratulations, you found the No1 PPT on Procrastination
When a procrastinator procrastinates, he or she doesn’t sit down and starts a rational thinking process about how to waste time. .
But neither does it just kinda happen. That might be what it feels like, but underneath that feeling, there’s an unconscious decision-making process going on which drives us to act a certain way in certain situations.
Whether you procrastinate occasionally, or do it hardcore, this course is for you.
Around 20% of the population admits to be a chronical procrastinator. 20%. That’s one out of every five individuals. And if you’re reading this, chances are you are one of them. And me, I was one too. I know everything about the guilt and the shame, the hours ticking away doing something completely different than what I was supposed to do... until a couple of years ago, I was really sabotaging myself. I was hating myself for it, but it seemed stronger than myself.
But today, I'm not a procrastinator anymore. What happened?
The psychological model used to dive into our subconscious d
Procrastination is force inside all of us. It is the result of our routines, well-being, attitudes, and behaviour, but the good news is that we can control the context in which procrastination either thrives or dies.
Don't let procrastination steal time form you anymore - we are going to show you how to take back control from the forces of procrastination!

Working from home has unique challenges. This presentation provided suggestions on how to manage your time, increase productivity, and protect yourself from burnout - or the opposite, lack of productive work.
Welcome to the Program Your Destiny course. In this course, we will be learning the technology of personal transformation, neuroassociative conditioning (NAC) as pioneered by Tony Robbins. NAC is used to deprogram negative neuroassociations that are causing approach avoidance and instead reprogram yourself with positive neuroassociations that lead to being approach automatic. In doing so, you change your destiny, moving towards unlocking the hypersocial self within, the true self free from fear and operating from a place of personal power and love.
13. Step 1
I made a planning workbook
for you. Go get it here:
http://joycollado.com/90days
to download your planning
worksheet.
14. Step 2
Write down goals under each area of your life.
This provides a holistic approach rather than
just working on one area.
1. Physical
2. Spiritual
3. Mental
4. Family and Friends
5. Work
6. Finances
15. Step 3
• Set 10 goals that are specific and time
bound.
• Be sure the first 3 goals are related to the
areas you really want to improve.
• Then the remaining 7 goals can be anything
from all areas you want to accomplish for the
next 90 days.
16. • Set a goal that is doable, but it
shouldn’t be too easy. You want to
stretch yourself a bit here.
• For example, writing 10 minutes a
day is easy for me. 30 minutes
gives me that stretch. An hour
every day is great, but unrealistic
for me. So I go for 30.
17. Step 4
• List down the tasks you
need to do for you to
accomplish each goal.
18. Step 5
• Now, finalize these tasks
and write them under each
month (page 4 on your
worksheet).
21. Step 6
• Schedule the tasks on your
calendar or to-do list app.
(My favorite is Wunderlist.)
22. Bonus Tip
• Write or print your goals
and display it on your desk
to keep you motivated every
time you see it.
23. A few reminders
• Give yourself enough time to
accomplish your tasks. But
also give yourself a strict
deadline so you don’t end up
procrastinating.
24. A few reminders
• I like keeping tasks on a weekly basis
and then list down daily tasks on
Wunderlist.
• I don’t schedule tasks on an hourly
basis because I like to keep my
schedule fluid. If an hourly planning
works for you, go for it.
25. A few reminders
• Keeping the tasks separated by
weeks gives you an idea of how
your month looks like.
• This prevents you from
procrastinating.
26. • Because you know that there is
another set of tasks waiting for
you for the coming week. So you
push yourself to get all the tasks
done before the week is over.
27. What’s Next?
• Go to
http://joycollado.com/90days and
download your free planning
workbook.
