Blu-ray Disc (also known as BD or Blu-Ray) is an optical disc storage, designed to Upgrade the contemporaystandard DVD format. It is a High Definitjion Audio- Video Device.
Blu-ray or Blu-ray Disc (BD, BRD) is a digital optimal dics storage format. It was designed to supersede the DVD format, in that it is capable of storing high definition video resolution (1080p)
Today, digital music, photo and video storage on PCs occupy more storage space. Broadband connection allows for the downloading of vast amount of data and increasing developments in digital photo and video equipment not only raise quality requirements, but also the amount of memory that is necessary to store files.

This character description generator will generate a fairly random description of a belonging to a random race. However, some aspects of the descriptions will remain the same, this is done to keep the general structure the same, while still randomizing the important details.
The generator does take into account which race is randomly picked, and changes some of the details accordingly. For example, if the character is an elf, they will have a higher chance of looking good and clean, they will, of course, have an elvish name, and tend to be related to more elvish related towns and people.
I've made the descriptions as detailed as possible, while also withholding as many details as possible. This may sound odd, but I've done it by mostly describing how a character looks, rather than his or her personality. I've tried to make the character's looks and some vague personality traits dictate what kind of person he or she could be.
For example, a character with a scar could've received it during battle, but in this generator it could also have been due to an ex-lover, an epic adventure, or a tale of regaining ones honor.
I hope by doing this you will be able to let your imagination loose and fill in the blanks. One description could create hundreds of characters which all look the same, but are entirely different people.
To start, simply click on the button to generate a random description. Don't like the description? Simply click again to get a new one.Brown, wavy hair slightly reveals a craggy, menacing face. Narrow blue eyes, set narrowly within their sockets, watch impatiently over the lands they've bled for for so long.
A beard charmingly compliments his eyes and mouth and leaves a pleasurable memory of his fortunate upbringing.
This is the face of Alluin Nightgaze, a true daredevil among blood elves. He stands seductively among others, despite his fragile frame.
There's something extraordinary about him, perhaps it's his sympathy or perhaps it's simply his unfortunate past. But nonetheless, people tend to treat him like family, while jealousy consumes them. You're free to use names on this site to name anything in any of your own works, assuming they aren't already trademarked by others of course.

Connector Corner: Automate dynamic content and events by pushing a buttonDianaGray10
Here is something new! In our next Connector Corner webinar, we will demonstrate how you can use a single workflow to:
Create a campaign using Mailchimp with merge tags/fields
Send an interactive Slack channel message (using buttons)
Have the message received by managers and peers along with a test email for review
But there’s more:
In a second workflow supporting the same use case, you’ll see:
Your campaign sent to target colleagues for approval
If the “Approve” button is clicked, a Jira/Zendesk ticket is created for the marketing design team
But—if the “Reject” button is pushed, colleagues will be alerted via Slack message
Join us to learn more about this new, human-in-the-loop capability, brought to you by Integration Service connectors.

Epistemic Interaction - tuning interfaces to provide information for AI supportAlan Dix
Paper presented at SYNERGY workshop at AVI 2024, Genoa, Italy. 3rd June 2024
https://alandix.com/academic/papers/synergy2024-epistemic/
As machine learning integrates deeper into human-computer interactions, the concept of epistemic interaction emerges, aiming to refine these interactions to enhance system adaptability. This approach encourages minor, intentional adjustments in user behaviour to enrich the data available for system learning. This paper introduces epistemic interaction within the context of human-system communication, illustrating how deliberate interaction design can improve system understanding and adaptation. Through concrete examples, we demonstrate the potential of epistemic interaction to significantly advance human-computer interaction by leveraging intuitive human communication strategies to inform system design and functionality, offering a novel pathway for enriching user-system engagements.
DevOps and Testing slides at DASA ConnectKari Kakkonen
My and Rik Marselis slides at 30.5.2024 DASA Connect conference. We discuss about what is testing, then what is agile testing and finally what is Testing in DevOps. Finally we had lovely workshop with the participants trying to find out different ways to think about quality and testing in different parts of the DevOps infinity loop.
Elevating Tactical DDD Patterns Through Object CalisthenicsDorra BARTAGUIZ
After immersing yourself in the blue book and its red counterpart, attending DDD-focused conferences, and applying tactical patterns, you're left with a crucial question: How do I ensure my design is effective? Tactical patterns within Domain-Driven Design (DDD) serve as guiding principles for creating clear and manageable domain models. However, achieving success with these patterns requires additional guidance. Interestingly, we've observed that a set of constraints initially designed for training purposes remarkably aligns with effective pattern implementation, offering a more ‘mechanical’ approach. Let's explore together how Object Calisthenics can elevate the design of your tactical DDD patterns, offering concrete help for those venturing into DDD for the first time!
Generating a custom Ruby SDK for your web service or Rails API using Smithyg2nightmarescribd
Have you ever wanted a Ruby client API to communicate with your web service? Smithy is a protocol-agnostic language for defining services and SDKs. Smithy Ruby is an implementation of Smithy that generates a Ruby SDK using a Smithy model. In this talk, we will explore Smithy and Smithy Ruby to learn how to generate custom feature-rich SDKs that can communicate with any web service, such as a Rails JSON API.
