The new release includes several admin console enhancements like searching for user folder access, highlighting insecure settings, and disabling email functionality. It also allows collaborators to move files between folders. A new shared mailbox feature allows multiple users to access and send emails from a shared account. Additional changes include improved activity logging for quarantined files, Hebrew language support in the web client, and updated Accellion for Outlook desktop software. New APIs were also added to support these features.

1. NEW FEATURES
* Admin Console
• Search for all folders that a user has access to: The Manage File/Folder page now allows to
search for all folders where a user has access with any role.
• Settings that pose security risk are highlighted: Any configuration settings that are less
secure are highlighted, so that the Administrators are aware of the risks of using those.
• Option to disable email functionality: An option has been added to disable email
functionality for a user profile. Once disabled, the users of that profile cannot access the
Compose/inbox/Sent items and are allowed to use only the Folder based collaboration
functionality of the product.
• Allow collaborator to move files to folder: Collaborators can now be allowed to move files
from one folder to another. This option is available under Folder/Files settings section on
the page: Manage Users -> User policies -> General profile settings.
• Shared Mailbox: This release adds an option to create a Shared Mailboxes on kiteworks and
allow these to be accessed by named users. The members of a Shared Mailbox are then able
to receive and send kiteworks emails on behalf of the Shared account.
• Scan for deleted LDAP accounts: The Manage Users page now allows for scanning LDAP to
find users that have been deleted on the LDAP but have an account on kiteworks. This
allows for removing such accounts from kiteworks, too.
• Activity log info for quarantined file is improved: The activity log now shows the reason why
a file has been quarantined by the AV scanner.
* Web Application
• Hebrew language support: Hebrew language support has been added on the Web Client.
* Accellion for Outlook Desktop
• An updated version of Accellion for Outlook Desktop (2.5.2107.1501) is now available that
add the following features and fixes:
• Prevent unexpected infinite loop when mail is being scanned in Accellion Outbox: Prevent
unexpected infinite loop when mail is being scanned in Accellion Outbox.
• Support "Remove Mail": Outlook Plugin now supports the "Remove Mail" feature.
