Demonstrate that internal customers must be effective before external customers can be satisfied People respond more willingly to a strong but humble leader and are turned off by arrogance Never be afraid of another idea, method, or to take a risk Communicate clearly and often.  Employees will see through any attempt to “spin” information and will fill any void when left with little information. Make work fun.  Bad morale is contagious and lethal to any organization.
My Leadership Priorities…. Provide constant feedback to your people.  Don’t wait for a review. Never shrink from a challenge.  Your teams will follow your lead. Always be willing to learn, and instill that quality in your teams. Praise individuals at every opportunity.  Challenge them with respect. Create and maintain a culture that others want to be a part of. Never give up
Other Fun Info About Greg…. I once served as a Bear Trainer I mentor children each year at the TAPS Good Grief Camp during Memorial Day weekend. Love my dogs!  One is a rescue I found sitting on a concrete slab that once was his home (Hurricane Ivan) Am an avid golfer and have played in three pro-ams. Put a golf ball through a windshield during one of those pro-ams….. in front of thousands. Am a Big Brother through Big Brothers Big Sisters of America
