 Affect the safe operation of the urban energy, transportation in extreme
weather events
 Responsibility of Our Department:
• Beijing DRC: part of the municipal government body, responsible for
studying and initiating the economic& social development policies of the city.
• Department of Resource Conservation and Environment
Protection(Department of Addressing Climate Change):
prepare for the implementation plan of the sustainable development strategy,
propose for policy recommendations for energy& resource saving,
comprehensive utilization and climate change. 4
