This layout is one I would
consider using due to its
space between each speaker
and the available room for
me to add the voice echo on
the outside of each
individual border indicating
when each of the members
of the podcast will be
speaking meaning that the
border is useful for my
original plan also the social
media links can be inputted
in the bottom of the graphic
to promote the social medias
of the podcast and its
information
4. Layout 2
This border will be used in the
case of a more multi screen
layout for singular recordings
etc. this layout is preferable
because it means I can create a
border and a background to
use rather than just making A
multi border background
template to just slot facecams
and audio cues into this seems
like the worse idea of the two
just due to the ease of the
technique and the factor if it
being a much less different and
vibrant screen to view whist
watching the podcast so
making customs for each guest
would be great,
6. Contingency Planning
Potential Issue Solution
Lack Of Resources With the current situation the lack of resources
could be a slight issue however not an issue
around the resources I have available but this
may not be the case for all submissions
Editing Difficulties the editing software is also not widely available
the basic editing software is available but you
would be hard pushed with the current COVID
situation to find a reliable editing software for
free.
COVID-19 The current situation is a challenge in itself the
overall situation around he situation is difficult
but able to be overcome with certain measures
taken to make sure the project is still up to a
goo standard of work.
7. Health and Safety
Potential Issue How will the issue be
avoided?
COVID-19 The covid situation is not good for the students
however with this challenge it means pushing
the boat out and variating the original plan this
presents both problems but also positives for
the people taking on the project the ability to
switch up a plan to cater for the current
situation.
