5. Contingency Planning
Potential Issue Solution
computer could randomly shut down. save work every five minutes.
the computer I use might not have the software I
need.
go find anther computer that actually has the
software.
there could be a power cut. keep saving my work.
the computer I’m using might no be working. I’ll find another computer.
I might forget to save my work on my memory
stick, and end up losing my work
I will also send my work to myself as a backup
option.
the audio I record might be too quiet. I need to give my self a lot of time so if that does
happen I will have time to record it again.
When I’m recording the audio it might cut out
early, because there's not enough memory on the
devise.
I need to make sure that the tech I'm using has
enough memory on it.

6. Health and Safety

I could get a head ache. every 15 minutes I will look away from the
computer screen.
I could get back ache. every now and then I will have a stretch.
I mite get eye strain. when taking a break look away from the
computer screen.
I could get a blood clot from sitting still. I’ll sometimes take some time to stretch my
arms and legs.
