  • 5. I want to Participate (Community) Principle 1: Assert leadership. Principle 2: Respect individual teacher’s autonomy. Principle 3: Protect individual teacher’s well-being. Principle 4: Promote teachers’ collective identity. Principle 5: Encourage values of inclusion.
  • 6. I want to Learn (Learning) Principle 6: Conversations are to connect or be relevant to individual teachers’ day-to-day classroom teaching. Principle 7: Conversations are to create dissonance in individual teachers’ current knowledge on teaching. Principle 8: Conversations are to create explicit-differentiated knowledge from implicit- undifferentiated knowledge on teaching. Principle 9: Conversations are to sharpen epistemological competency. Principle 10: Conversations are to deepen curricular content, instruction, pedagogical and assessment and student learning knowledge.
