Molykote 33 is a pink, medium-firm silicone grease that provides lubrication for metal and plastic parts over a wide temperature range of -73°C to +180°C. It is suitable for use in slow to medium-fast moving parts and under light loads, such as rollers in refrigeration equipment, control cables, motors, and optical instruments. The grease has good oxidation resistance and water resistance. It consists of silicone oil and lithium soap and should be applied by brush or automatic lubricator. Compatibility testing is recommended when using with plastics due to varying material properties.
