This document discusses 3 types of energy resources for transportation: low carbon, no carbon, and free renewable energy from the sea bed. It describes Andy Transport Technology, which can double vehicle speed while using 1/3 the normal fuel. Vehicles powered by this technology would produce 1/6 the normal carbon emissions. Examples are given of potential applications to various vehicles like bikes, cars, trucks, rail, and ships. Free renewable energy transport is described using a catapult method to access high pressure water at sea depths of 6000 meters, requiring no engine or fuel. Performance metrics like tonnage, speed, horsepower needs, and fuel usage are listed for sample vehicles.
