Manchester Academic Health Science Centre (MAHSC) is a partnership of healthcare and research organizations in Manchester, England designated for excellence in research, education, and service. infrastructure, training & education and translation into patient
services across the Partners
• Supporting unique platforms and processes eg NWeH, MIMIT, M-
Health Innovation Centre to support NHS and industry
• Harmonising processes and standard operating procedures eg for
R&D
• Providing a gateway for access for external partners (industry)
• Engendering a cultural change responsive to research & the uptake
of innovation within the whole community now extending out
