Revolver Entertainment would be the best media institution to distribute the film because it focuses on films for teenagers based in the UK like the film, covering genres like action and comedy but not thrillers. Castle Rock Entertainment was also considered as a good option since it has experience with high rated films like thrillers.

1. 3. What kind of media institution might distribute your media product and why?<br />Revolver entertainment would be the main kind of media institution I would distribute my media production to. Reasons being is that they nearly all their films I have looked into have been based around teenagers and this would help people understand who my target audience is when they see trailers of the production but also main feature I focused on was that all films are based in the UK which will suit my film. Another reason as to why this would be the best media institution for my film is because this institution has done films that are action like “adulthood” and also comedies such as “anuvahood” which are both made for teenagers and by adding mine it would add a thriller which is a different genre that they have not come across but is made for a target audience of teenagers so will work with this institution very well.<br />Our group chose to go with “Castle Rock Entertainment” to be the institution for our film as it was a group choice to choose that as the production company which have done work with high rated films such as misery which was a thriller genre. <br />
