After the Sweden visit more work ahead, this time
the topic was “Social Well-Being.”

First task was about students and how they feel
at school. “Me in the School Society” was the
theme involved in an activity where students were
supposed to fill the questionnaire. Results were
presented during the next visit.

Another fun activity was to prepare a “Volunteer´s
guide”.

These were the main topic of the guide.
TTaasskk 33:: VViirrttuuaall mmee iinn VViirrttuuaall SSoocciieettyy
In presentation called “Virtual me in Virtual
Society” are student introduced an important topic
of today´s society – Social Networks. During the
lesson and presentation our girls talked about
internet, social networks, advantages and
disadvantages and possible dangerous situations
that might be “there” in virtual world.
Module 3 Social Well-Being
This Lithuanian visit was one of the most demanding visits of all, both
physically and mentally.
But we enjoyed every bit of it. After presentations of results of the Module
3 we had
workshops about how “to feel good”!
But the most important and the most enjoyable was preparing and
recording the video
presentation – LipDub. The result you can see on the webpage of the
project of course.
Apart of working on the project and sightseeing we took part in a great
dancing contest which
took over five hours – imagine that!!! :) Over all one of the best visits but
also we must add
one of the most demanding too.

And here it comes, the last module, the last work on the tasks! Farewell.

Time management is truly important part of our busy lives and to be
successful means to be
good in it! A group of our student volunteered to lead their own diary for
three weeks and at
the end of the experiment we sat down and discussed how successful
they were in managing their time.
TTaasskk22:: AA WWeeeekk ooff AAccttiioonnss aaggaaiinnsstt SSttrreessss
During this important week students took part in the workshop focused on
copying with
stress. There was a lecture about managing stress situations, symptoms
of stress and
breathing methods of relieving stress. Students also took part in a PE
exercises focusing
on breathing techniques and relaxing body positions.
Module 4 – Occupational Well-Being
The very last visit :(.
Usual task – presentation of the results of the Module 4 was at the start of the visit.
One of our tasks during this visit was taking part in workshop about ergonomics during
which they learned how to design comfortable workspaces that would fit the height of man.
Last but not least workshop was called “Art Therapy Day”.
Students played in the theatre and learned how to juggle and walk on a slackline.
Fun as never! :))

After the Sweden visit more work ahead, this time the topic was “Social Well-Being.” TTaasskk 11 :: QQuueessttiioonnnnaaiirree –– HHooww ttoo FFeeeell GGoooodd aatt SScchhooooll First task was about students and how they feel at school. “Me in the School Society” was the theme involved in an activity where students were supposed to fill the questionnaire. Results were presented during the next visit. TTaasskk 22:: VVoolluunntteeeerr´´ss GGuuiiddee Another fun activity was to prepare a “Volunteer´s guide”. -How to become a volunteer -Principles -Conditions -Responsibilities -A volunteer is... These were the main topic of the guide. TTaasskk 33:: VViirrttuuaall mmee iinn VViirrttuuaall SSoocciieettyy In presentation called “Virtual me in Virtual Society” are student introduced an important topic of today´s society – Social Networks. During the lesson and presentation our girls talked about internet, social networks, advantages and disadvantages and possible dangerous situations that might be “there” in virtual world.   • 4. This Lithuanian visit was one of the most demanding visits of all, both physically and mentally. But we enjoyed every bit of it. After presentations of results of the Module 3 we had workshops about how “to feel good”! But the most important and the most enjoyable was preparing and recording the video presentation – LipDub. The result you can see on the webpage of the project of course. Apart of working on the project and sightseeing we took part in a great dancing contest which took over five hours – imagine that!!! :) Over all one of the best visits but also we must add one of the most demanding too.   • 6. And here it comes, the last module, the last work on the tasks! Farewell. :( TTaasskk 11 :: TTiimmee MMaannaaggeemmeenntt WWoorrkksshhoopp Time management is truly important part of our busy lives and to be successful means to be good in it! A group of our student volunteered to lead their own diary for three weeks and at the end of the experiment we sat down and discussed how successful they were in managing their time. TTaasskk22:: AA WWeeeekk ooff AAccttiioonnss aaggaaiinnsstt SSttrreessss During this important week students took part in the workshop focused on copying with stress. There was a lecture about managing stress situations, symptoms of stress and breathing methods of relieving stress. Students also took part in a PE exercises focusing on breathing techniques and relaxing body positions. Module 4 – Occupational Well-Being

  • 8. The very last visit :(. Usual task – presentation of the results of the Module 4 was at the start of the visit. One of our tasks during this visit was taking part in workshop about ergonomics during which they learned how to design comfortable workspaces that would fit the height of man. Last but not least workshop was called “Art Therapy Day”. Students played in the theatre and learned how to juggle and walk on a slackline. Fun as never! :)) Partner Visit – POLAND
