1) Eat Lots of Soluble Fiber:
(lax seeds/ shirataki noodles/ brussels sprouts/ avocados/ legumes/ blackberries)
2) Avoid Trans Fats
(in some margarines/spreads & in some packaged foods-read all labels to see what’s in the food you consume)
3) Ease Up on the Alcohol
(you don’t have to quit drinking alcohol but do it in moderation- if you had 6 drinks @ a party- cut it back to 3 & so
on)
4) Eat A High Protein Diet
(this helps with weight management- begin to consume- meat/ fish/ eggs/ light on dairy/ whey protein/ beans)
5) Reduce Stress
(deep breathing exercises/music/diffusers/soft lighting- stress triggers the adrenal glands to produce cortisol- the
stress hormone)
6) Try to Eliminate the Sugar Foods
(linked to heart disease,type 2 diabetes, obesity,and liver disease)
7) Get into Cardio
(aerobics/ exercise bands/3-5lbs hand weights/sit ups/push ups/stretching/3kwalks)
8) Reduce Refined Carbs
(these carbs are linked to excessive belly fat- replace with legumes/vegetables & whole grains)
9) Yes, Coconut Oil
(coconut oil may boost metabolism and decrease the amount of fat you store)
10) Resistance Band Training & Light Weights
(strength training can be an important weight loss strategy especially combined with aerobics training)
11) Sugar Sweetened Beverages A No,No

12) Get Solid Sleep
