Total expenditure was 24.5 billion Naira against a budget of 27.5 billion Naira, resulting in an operating deficit of 935 million Naira. The capital development fund had total revenue of 8.8 billion Naira against a budget of 10.1 billion Naira, and total capital expenditure was 6.5 billion Naira against a budget of 19.7 billion N
