In every apartment the end-user is able to see its real-time energy consumption and have concrete tools to understand, reduce and control its energy consumption. The investment for the real-estate was similar to classical solution, but it benefits now to have a sustainable and connected buildings. Where tenants are happy to be informed about their energy consumption and can communicate efficiently with the real-estate agent. eSMART is today working on the biggest real-estate project in Switzerland, today our sale-pipeline contain open quotation for 2500 apartments.

This increase highly the cost and the competence needed to install such system like KNX, MyHome or Free@Home. Radio solution are not welcomed by professionals. Their reliability is still a blocking issue in buildings
