Enterprises can survive digital disruption as well as grow revenue, improve profitability and increase market valuation — if they start rethinking what they do.
Digital transformation. It’s the use of technology to create a better customer experience, improve products and services, and increase the effectiveness of business operations. But it really means what your enterprise must do to adapt and thrive.
Today’s smaller, emerging companies are born digital. They can — and do — change quickly to answer consumer demand or a competitive offering. Larger, mature enterprises must start with a shift in strategy, because all industries will be changed or already have been changed by digital transformation. Many, like news media and publishers, music, video and retail have been or significantly disrupted. Up next: financial services, healthcare manufacturing, insurance, legal, education, utilities and energy. The good news? No industry has been or will be completely upended.
The first step is to recognize that disruption does not have to be a mass-extinction event. Enterprises can survive as well as grow revenue, improve profitability and increase market valuation. Here’s how to start rethinking what you do.

The Four Essential Pillars of Digital TransformationIan Thomas
Based on years of practical experience this whitepaper distils four key pillars we have observed time and again in successful digital initiatives, providing a structured foundation for an orderly, end-to-end digital transformation of the enterprise.
According to the Yankee Group 38% of American workers are already part of the mobile workforce, and that number is going to grow exponentially. Creating strategies to enable the mobile workforce is critical to enabling productivity of the modern workforce. Organizations need systems, processes, and managers who can manage the growing mobile workforce effectively. The webinar will discuss important factors in creating a mobile strategy
After completing this presentation, attendees will leave with a thorough understanding of:
Aligning mobile strategy with organizational strategy
Key triggers that drive a mobile strategy
How to get started on developing your mobile strategy
Measuring and driving ROI from a mobile strategy
An overview of how digital is transforming the Insurance Industry. With a case study from Nest, the UK Government's pension auto enrolment scheme on how they are embracing digital and innovation to attain strategic objectives.
The era of the Mobile Enterprise is here to stay. Mobile penetration is unprecedented: subscribers are growing four times faster than the world’s population. To remain successful, CIOs must continuously investigate, prioritize, fund, adopt, and integrate multiple new technologies to support vital organizational objectives.
The paper outlines a practical “how-to” guidance to strategize and implement more effective mobile enterprise programs and details the robust capabilities that mobile enterprise partners can bring to the development and support of your corporate owned device or BYOD mobile enterprise programs.
A Digital Enterprise is one that leverages customer, contextual and enterprise data and use new-age technologies to drive exponential business impact. To facilitate digital transformation, enterprises are increasingly setting up Digital Labs/Hubs in geographies with rich product capabilities, such as the Bay Area (US) and Bangalore (India).
Webinar 1: Service2Media - app strategy and organisationService2Media
Mobile technology has caused a tremendous shift in the way consumers and employees view and interact with their world. Building mobile enterprise apps at a consumer quality level and building a process to replicate it over and over is difficult. How “mature” is your organisation in integrating mobile for improved processes, measured ROI and customer experience? Join our Webinar series to learn more.
Today's customers are fundamentally different from customers of past years as they are harder to acquire, retain, and delight because of the explosion in digital technologies consumers use day to day. New digital experiences are forcing banks to play catch-up and match the innovative and engaging interactions and products — such as mobile payments — that non-banks are offering to those same customers. This IDC research, sponsored by TCS Digital Software & Solutions Group, revealed three key themes for digital transformation in the banking industry.
70% of Candidates Use Mobile Devices to Search for Jobs… Will They Find Yours?Talemetry
View the webinar recording: http://talemetry.com/resources/webinars/70-of-candidates-use-mobile-devices-to-search-for-jobs-will-they-find-yours/
Job seekers are leading the way when it comes to mobile adoption; a recent survey showed 70% of all candidates, including 65% of those already employed, reported using their mobile devices to search for job opportunities, citing convenience and availability as their most common reasons. Employers have struggled to adopt and execute mobile recruiting strategies. Browser incompatibility with recruiting software, difficulty capturing applicant information, and poor candidate experience are just a few of their challenges.
With Talemetry, employers can turn the ATS they already have into a mobile recruiting platform that candidates can really use, making recruiters more effective and efficient to decrease time-to-fill and cost-per-hire.
In this webinar, you will learn how Talemetry can help:
- Create mobile-friendly career sites with consistent brand environment and user experience across devices
- Enable applicants to apply for jobs directly from their mobile devices using their LinkedIn profiles, increasing applicant flow and improving talent pipeline
- Reach more candidates faster in real time
- Provide a scalable platform that integrates with your enterprise applicant tracking system

How Can Enterprise App Development Help Your Business Growth.pptxXDuce Corporation
Organizations have seen growth in the demand for enterprise app development. It has made
developers build multiple apps that help their clients to grow business with enterprise
applications. Such as Automated billing systems, Payment processing systems, Email
marketing systems, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Enterprise Resource
Planning (ERP), Business Continuity Planning (BCP), Enterprise Application Integration
(EAI), Enterprise Content Management, Enterprise Messaging Systems (EMS), HR
Management
People are biased to look for simple and immediate solutions that reduce uncertainty, especially during times of crises.
No surprise then that digital transformation efforts driven by business survival look different from those that are carefully planned and prepared. Instead of a North Star that hovers in the distance above all digital initiatives, the overarching question becomes:
How can we leverage digital technologies to ensure business continuity now?

Kubernetes & AI - Beauty and the Beast !?! @KCD Istanbul 2024Tobias Schneck
As AI technology is pushing into IT I was wondering myself, as an “infrastructure container kubernetes guy”, how get this fancy AI technology get managed from an infrastructure operational view? Is it possible to apply our lovely cloud native principals as well? What benefit’s both technologies could bring to each other?
Let me take this questions and provide you a short journey through existing deployment models and use cases for AI software. On practical examples, we discuss what cloud/on-premise strategy we may need for applying it to our own infrastructure to get it to work from an enterprise perspective. I want to give an overview about infrastructure requirements and technologies, what could be beneficial or limiting your AI use cases in an enterprise environment. An interactive Demo will give you some insides, what approaches I got already working for real.

Effective Application Security in Software Delivery lifecycle using Deployment Firewall and DBOM
The modern software delivery process (or the CI/CD process) includes many tools, distributed teams, open-source code, and cloud platforms. Constant focus on speed to release software to market, along with the traditional slow and manual security checks has caused gaps in continuous security as an important piece in the software supply chain. Today organizations feel more susceptible to external and internal cyber threats due to the vast attack surface in their applications supply chain and the lack of end-to-end governance and risk management.
The software team must secure its software delivery process to avoid vulnerability and security breaches. This needs to be achieved with existing tool chains and without extensive rework of the delivery processes. This talk will present strategies and techniques for providing visibility into the true risk of the existing vulnerabilities, preventing the introduction of security issues in the software, resolving vulnerabilities in production environments quickly, and capturing the deployment bill of materials (DBOM).
