This document provides information about the town of Moura, Portugal located in the Alentejo region. It has a population of around 9,200 inhabitants. The landscape is characterized by plains with some mountain ridges and is crossed by three rivers. The climate is Mediterranean with hot, dry summers and mild, wet winters. The economy relies heavily on extensive agriculture like olive groves, cereals, sunflowers, vineyards and cattle breeding of cows, pigs, and horses. Olive oil, cork, wine and meat are some of the main exports from the Alentejo region.
