This document provides a rubric for evaluating a case study on a school district's strategy for improving teaching and learning. The rubric outlines six criteria for evaluation: 1) Presentation and analysis of the district strategy, 2) Data-based analysis of organizational elements, 3) Data synthesis and presentation part A, 4) Data synthesis and presentation part B, 5) Findings and recommendations, and 6) The completed case study. For each criterion, the rubric evaluates whether the standard is unmet, met, or exemplary based on clearly outlined expectations.
