D.R.E.A.M. D.R.E.A.M. is a one-stop shop initiative that allows for select communities to receive technical assistance for their emerging Downtown Revitalization.  D.R.E.A.M. is sponsored by: The Missouri Department of Economic Development The Missouri Development Finance Board The Missouri Housing Development Commission These agencies also provide a liaison to many others depending on the needs of the individual community.
Missouri Downtowns ,[object Object],Missouri is about 450 miles across from the Northwest tip to the “Bootheel”. Populations range from under ten to nearly half a million people. Missouri is home to 114 Counties.
