It is an organizational reform program that includes the latest management theory and practical training from Japan that was created in Japan.
A unique management system model that is useful for many Japanese companies and is in the Japanese context, rather than thinking about how to use the "borrowed" management system model created in an overseas (Western) context different from Japan. Is created from experience and knowledge, and its effects are academically demonstrated and disseminated domestically and internationally.
