2. Executive Summary
This document is an official BSS Network Modernization KPI Acceptance Report which indicates that the Implementation Procedure
has been performed and the KPI measurement result has fulfilled the acceptance value. Ericsson is glad and proud to conclude that
since the Modernization Period, an impressive improvement to Telkomsel’s network performance has been achieved. There were a
lot of activities that had been carried out to improve the network performance.
These measurements were collected, post processed and analyzed according to the agreed process as specified in the BSS
Network Modernization KPI Acceptance Methodology / Procedures. For a description of the used equipment, the details for particular
measurements and the process for data collection and processing please refer to the above-mentioned document. This KPI
Acceptance Report is made according to the agreement document describing the area and the applicable design rules and values.
This document will be submitted in Hardcopy and Softcopy included supporting data.
3. Network Modernization Cluster Overview
Central Sumatera Modernization program Zone 1 covers Padang, Pekanbaru and Batam area. The modernization area is divided in
to 13 normal clusters and 242 1st tier clusters as presented in Figure 1.

5. OSS Statistics KPI Evaluation
Table 2 shows the agreed Baseline and Target of OSS statistics KPI values. The calculation of OSS statistics for Baseline and the
target definition is done following agreed OSS statistics measurement methodology.

The above OSS statistics KPIs have been evaluated following agreed OSS statistics KPI scoring methodology. KPI scoring is
applied to avoid clusters can’t be accepted due to one KPI value not meet the baseline while the other value has already met.

Executive Summary This document is an official BSS Network Modernization KPI Acceptance Report which indicates that the Implementation Procedure has been performed and the KPI measurement result has fulfilled the acceptance value. Ericsson is glad and proud to conclude that since the Modernization Period, an impressive improvement to Telkomsel’s network performance has been achieved. There were a lot of activities that had been carried out to improve the network performance. These measurements were collected, post processed and analyzed according to the agreed process as specified in the BSS Network Modernization KPI Acceptance Methodology / Procedures. For a description of the used equipment, the details for particular measurements and the process for data collection and processing please refer to the above-mentioned document. This KPI Acceptance Report is made according to the agreement document describing the area and the applicable design rules and values. This document will be submitted in Hardcopy and Softcopy included supporting data. 3. Network Modernization Cluster Overview Central Sumatera Modernization program Zone 1 covers Padang, Pekanbaru and Batam area. The modernization area is divided in to 13 normal clusters and 242 1st tier clusters as presented in Figure 1.
