This document outlines a two-day training program on managing employee performance. The training will consist of 4 sessions on the first day covering topics such as performance management, techniques for performance management, understanding performance objectives and standards, and providing feedback. The second day will include sessions on rewarding performance, counseling underperformance, and conducting performance reviews. The goal is to give employees a chance to provide input and for managers to refresh their skills on an ongoing basis to make performance management systems effective and of mutual benefit.
