1. Narrative Report on Early Registration and Mapping
(February 8, 2020)
In order to achieve universal participation and completion of the cycle of the Early
Registration for school year 2020-2021, we continue to join and conduct the said activity to
take part the massive advocacy campaign to reach all five years to seventeen years old children
to ensure their enrolment for the school year 2020-2021.
We have conducted child mapping on the areas that were assigned to us. Together with
Ms. Maria Fe B. Visda and Mrs. Emercita S. Layug, we have started the child mapping on Purok
3 of Barangay Tucop, Dinalupihan, Bataan. We have listed all the children ages from five to
seventeen years old in every house that we have visited. At the end of the mapping, we had
completed the form and listed all the children on the said palce based on the required ages.
After a long walk we have decided to go back in school and take a rest. The process
during the enrolment had been done smoothly and only few parents had been enrolled their
Kindergarten children. Required ages that need to enroll had been entertained, all of them
were in the Kindergarten, Grade One and Grade 7.There were no enrollees from the Out-of-
School Youth.
Below are the pictures taken during the registration.

2. Narrative Report on Early Registration and Mapping
(February 15, 2020)
For my second Saturday in National Registration Day, we continue the early registration
and community child mapping. We stayed in school and waited for the parents to register their
children. When there were few parents coming for the registration we decided to conduct child
community mapping. I went around the street of Purok 5 in Barangay Tucop, reported to school
when my task was done. I am able to list all the children based on the required age in our
assigned street.
Below are the pictures taken during the registration.

3. Narrative Report on Early Registration and Mapping
(February 29, 2020)
For my last Saturday in National Registration Day, we just continued the said activity.
We just stayed in school and waited for the parents to register their children. All concerned
parents went to school to have their children enrolled. Given the prior notice, some of them
arrived at eight o’clock in the morning. Some teachers, not only the kinder, grade one and
grade seven teachers were present.
The process during the enrolment had been done smoothly and only few parents had
been enrolled their Kindergarten children. Required ages that need to enroll had been
entertained, all of them were in the Kindergarten, Grade One and Grade 7.There were no
enrollees from the Out-of-School Youth.
All of which programs that had been implemented from the Department of Education
were all faithfully abide and exercised. Accommodating and abiding such programs will lead
into the fulfillment and achievement of the organizational goals.
