Hassan Halhoul has over 33 years of experience in marine engineering projects including ports, harbors, dredging, shore protection, and oil and gas facilities. He is currently the senior marine engineer on the Sheikh Jaber Al-Ahmad Causeway Project in Kuwait which involves constructing bridges and placing scour protection around bridge piers. Previously he has worked on numerous port and oil and gas projects in Egypt, Oman, Saudi Arabia, and Kuwait, holding roles such as resident engineer, project manager, and construction supervisor.
