PRESENT TENSE STEM -CHANGING VERBS
Stem-changing p. 27 For this section, knowing what all the stem-changing verbs mean in English will be necessary as well as knowing what their stem-change is. Remember that there is no stem-change in the nosotros form. Knowing the present tense cojugations is a must for stem-changes! You will read a paragraph where knowing the chapter vocabulary words will help you understand. This paragraph will have blanks where you will have to choose between two stem-changing verbs and conjugate it in the present tense.
Back to the basics: Write the conjugation endings in the present tense for –ar, -er, -ir -ar -er -ir Yo o o o T ú as es es Él a e e Nosotros amos emos imos Ellos an en en

Vocabulary p. 40 Normally I will be giving a vocabulary quiz where you must spell the words in Spanish, but for this chapter there will not be such a quiz. Just remember you must still know how to spell the affirmative and negative words and what they mean. You must also still need to know what the chapter vocabulary means in English.
