2. Company was founded in 1988 by
Owners 100% Hanna Gullstén, interior architect MA and Jari Inkinen, architect M.Sc & MA
GI currently employs over 40 architects, interior designers and consultants and is one
of the largest design company’s in corporate architecture in Finland.
GI operates and is very experienced in the North & East Europe region and Russia.
GI’s client base vary from both public and private sectors from investors, to
universities and international companies. GI has companies in Helsinki and St.
Petersburg.
GI is a member of:

3. DESIGN PHILOSOPHY
First architecture & design office in the world to get accepted in
to the WWF’s Green Office network in 2010.
GI was involved in designing the first LEED certified building in
Finland in 2008, (Nokia’s Headquarters 24.000 sq.m2) in Espoo.
LEED & BREEAM certified building refurbishment & fit out
projects since 2008

4. GI has won three times at Best Office Design Awards competition organized by
OfficeNext in Moscow.

Bank Premium Club in Saint Petersburg

2011, Awarded for Comfort and Ergonomics category with the interior design of
Nokia HQ, Moscow
GI was shortlisted, two years consecutively at the FX International interior
design awards held in London, nominations included Sokos Hotel Villa and Aspire
Lounge in Helsinki‐Vantaa international airport.
