This document provides instructions and learning objectives for students taking a unit on media industries. It outlines three tasks for students to complete: 1) producing a report on the structure of the television industry and jobs within it, 2) a case study on job roles, contracts and pay in the media industry, and 3) using Capzles to create a timeline showing their progression to a chosen media industry job from their current position including required qualifications and training. Students are provided various online resources and tools to assist with researching and completing the tasks.

Pick a job that you would like to do and research it, then use Capzles to create a timeline of your progression to this job from now until then.
