The study evaluates the clinical outcomes of reoperation after implantation of Ferrara intrastromal corneal ring segments (ICRS) in keratoconus patients. It involved 37 eyes, demonstrating significant improvements in uncorrected visual acuity (UCVA), best corrected visual acuity (BCVA), keratometry, and corneal pachymetry post-reoperation, although asphericity changes were not statistically significant. Results indicate that ICRS implantation is a reversible and adjustable procedure, yielding favorable outcomes even after various forms of reoperation.
