Introduction
 My Birth place Mathura has
     very Important
    Place in Indian History. since
the 6 B.C when it was ruled by
     Kanishk the Kushan King
     .Mathura is about 5000 year
old, the city was discovered by
     the devil Madura. .During the
region of kansa it was stated
     in Asthdyay that Mathura had
     a green pasture. It was
     surrounded by a long forest
     called “vans”. Lord Krishna
     used to go for
     “Gaucharan.Lord Krishna was
     worshipped by all people along
     with his brother BALRAM.In 3
     B.C century Megasthenes
     toured India and described
     mathura as place of great
     religious worship.
Cultural Activities
 Mathura was the center of great Indian
    cultural developments. In mathura
    ,Gandhara, Ratnagiri,Taxila and Nalanda
    existed ancient vishnava Buddhist
university. The center of learning focused
on medical art and built by both vishnava
    and Buddhist.
Kushan Arts
 Art produced during kushan dynasty
in an area which now includes a part
    of central Asia, Northern India,
    Pakistan and Afghanistan .There are
two Major stylistic division among the
artifacts of the period. the imperial
art of Iranian derivation and Buddhist
art mixed Greco roman & Indian
sources the second more realistic art
was typified by the school in mathura
    and Gandhara art. here flourished
side by side all the major religions of
    India such as brahmanisn,jainisn and
Buddhism. It is believed that the first
image of lord Buddha was carved in
    Mathura.
Prosperity
 Mathura had a very prosperous
    past after its foundation by
    Madura Devil. City is
    surrounded by green forest .
    In these forest lord Krishna
along with his friends used to
go for grazing by his three
    lakhs cows. This indicates that
    milk and butter flows through
    the streets of Mathura.people
    were so prosperous that
    Yashoda and Nand baba had
    three Lakhs cows. after the
    envision of many Muslim ruler
    the prosperity of mathura has
    decreased. Muslim ruler looted
    all the golden ornaments from
    the temple of mathura.
Jewels Of Mathura
 Now the development of
    the city has been started.
    Indian oil corporation has
    installed its oil refinery
    with proper pollution
    control and under the
    cover of natural
    vegetation. Biggest
    vetenary college of Asia
    also is situated in
    Mathura.
Mathura Of “My Dreams”

 As my birth place mathura has a very glorious past. It will be
very good if mathura has flyovers to connect with
surrounding areas. We should have a good network of roads
throughout the city. So that Gokul , Nand Gaun and many
other places may be easily linked to Mathura. The Road
Should be broad enough so that the movement of the local
people can be done easily. proper drainage system is a
requirement of the day. supply of water can be improved by
linking the supply to Gokul Bairaj.and a thermal power
station should also be made for the improvement of
electrical supply. for the development of education and
technology level all the schools should be equipped with
    latest scientific laboratories.
Mathura Of “My Dreams”
 For the health point of view we should have gardens and
plantation of trees along with the road side to decrease
pollution and to increase beauty. proper communication
system should also to be provided by the communication
department .big malls and plazas should also to be
constructed to save the people from local shop owners
who give substandard products and charge more. use of
paper bags at the place of polythene bags. big dustbins
of municipal corporation should be placed in all the
streets for the proper disposal of garbage. Deforestation
should be prevented so that the soil erosion around the
city and Yamuna banks could be prevented
Conclusion
 If these developments
    could be achieved we
    can regain our
    glorious past and
    place in the annals of
    Indian history. then
    this will be the
    “Mathura of My
    Dreams”.
