It is a public company – its shares are traded on the Warsaw Stock Exchange with the
controlling stake owned by France Télécom2. TPSA is often the subject of competition
law decisions issued not only by the UOKiK President but also by the European
Commission, particularly with respect to dominant position abuse

The book defines the concepts of oligarchs, de-oligarchization and their peculiarities in Ukraine, examines the causes and conditions of the emergence of oligarchs in Ukraine, critically analyzes the anti-oligarchic legislation of Ukraine, in particular in comparison with the relevant acts of some other states, and outlines the peculiarities of its implementation and other anti-oligarchic measures of the state.

Citizens", "On Petitions of Citizens" and "On Information".
Citizens, public organizations and associations thereof shall have no
right to interfere with the activity of the Authorized Agency and the
procedure for identifying the winner of the bidding by a procuring entity.
Mass media representatives shall have the right to be present during
the opening of the competitive bidding proposals. Procuring entities
shall provide unobstructed access to the procedure of opening of
competitive bidding proposals for mass media representatives upon
their demand.
