 I believe I can direct and control my emotion, moods, feelings, intellect,
tendencies, attitude, passions, and habits with the intention developing a
positive metal attitude.

 Be yourself and keep controlling of it.
 Focus on things you want and throw the things you don’t want away.
 Learning from your mistakes.
 Don’t just say about something you want, think about it and strongly
believe you will get it one day.

make a conscious effort to inspect their thought, actions, and reactions.
Process of self-analysis is simple. Just
ask yourself “ is this positive or negative.

subconscious.
The conscious mind: the quality or stat of self-awareness of
being aware if external object or something within oneself
The subconscious mind: the storage room of everything that is
currently not in the conscious mind.
Those powers can work together in harmony only if you learn
how to affect your mind intelligently.

 Three forms of control you can exert:
 Suggestions: any stimulus sent through your brain through your five senses:
seeing, hearing, feeling, tasting or smelling are the forms of suggestion.
 Self-suggestion: is the process of purposely and give suggestion to yourself
in the form of seeing, hearing, feeling, tasting or smelling
 Auto-suggestion is the transmission and commination of information
stored in the sub-conscious mind back to your conscious mind.

These three suggestions are matters of habit that learn that by
attention. They are what we feed to our mind with.
They help to stay positively:

 Remain our feeling, good or bad

manage your time effectively.

• To accomplish on your PMA,
you have to spend or divide your
time wisely on thinking about
yourself by:
• taking time to thinking about
goals with PMA
• Inspect attitude, action and
thinking
• Think about past experience
to correct it with PMA

Take Possession Of Your Own Mind With Conviction Step 1 Step 1 is about controlling your own mind with self-motivation by applying PMA Learn by doing Take Possession of your own mind with conviction Say these will help you to believe  I believe my mind is my own  I believe I can take possession of my own mind  I believe I can direct and control my emotion, moods, feelings, intellect, tendencies, attitude, passions, and habits with the intention developing a positive metal attitude.  I will develop a positive metal attitude.

The conscious mind: the quality or stat of self-awareness of being aware if external object or something within oneself The subconscious mind: the storage room of everything that is currently not in the conscious mind. Those powers can work together in harmony only if you learn how to affect your mind intelligently.

Give Yourself Positive Suggestions Step 7  Three forms of control you can exert:  Suggestions: any stimulus sent through your brain through your five senses: seeing, hearing, feeling, tasting or smelling are the forms of suggestion.  Self-suggestion: is the process of purposely and give suggestion to yourself in the form of seeing, hearing, feeling, tasting or smelling  Auto-suggestion is the transmission and commination of information stored in the sub-conscious mind back to your conscious mind.
