Improvisation is not just something for comedians. Entrepreneurs to MBA students are taking improv classes. The reason is the same for why educator leaders should be trained: improv's root is in communication. Even the basic improv principle of “yes, and” is the idea behind inquiry based education. Improv builds confidence, listening, responding skills and collaboration. It is all about the moment, the right now – essential to active communication. We'll explore this together and reflect on application to practice and the life of the TOSA.
The document discusses best practices for creating effective digital advertising campaigns. It recommends focusing on making the first 5 seconds of an ad captivating to grab viewers' attention. Creating a human connection through faces and emotions is also important. While brand placement boosts recall, it can suppress subsequent views. Using both video and audio together increases brand awareness and consideration over video alone. Clear calls to action are encouraged to drive people to websites or apps. Humor and unexpected elements keep viewers engaged. And while music is common in ads, its impact needs to be tested through experimentation. The key is to apply best practices from research but also experiment to learn what works best.

Having effective communication strategies in the workplace poses many benefits. They make for a more productive and healthy work environment. Unfortunately, a lot of people don’t really know how to communicate themselves properly.
The document outlines several common obstacles to success, including ego, fear of failure or success, lack of a plan or formalized goals, life changes, procrastination, family responsibilities, financial insecurity, lack of focus, prioritizing money over vision, working alone, overcommitment, lack of commitment, lack of training, lack of persistence, and lack of priorities. Lots of adults grow up to regret how they are not ‘leaders’ of our current companies or even social circles. Humans intrinsically yearn to lead. What is it about leadership that makes us all obsess about it? Give it a thought.
So, what could be a few things to teach your children?
The document provides tips for new leaders. It recommends that new leaders (1) get to know their direct reports on a personal level to understand their strengths, weaknesses, and how they work best; (2) stay organized by finding an effective system for tasks and notes and setting reasonable availability expectations; and (3) hold all employees equally accountable to avoid appearing biased toward certain individuals. Following these tips will help new leaders adapt well and effectively start their management careers.
This document contains a collection of short sayings or proverbs related to lean principles and continuous improvement. The proverbs emphasize the importance of following standards, acknowledging problems, maintaining improvements over time, asking why to uncover root causes, implementing mistake-proofing, ensuring accountability, taking time to refine processes, looking beyond surface issues, practicing continuous improvement in one's own role, and giving respect to receive it. Cleaning makes dirt stand out as abnormal.
Going to talk about my conversation with Facebook Advertising expert Jon Loomer on some of the most common advertising mistakes people make on Facebook.
The document discusses the differences between managing small teams versus large teams. It notes that while the core skills of a manager are the same, there are differences in how teams operate and how managers should communicate. For small teams, managers should thoroughly research topics, present justifications for decisions, and limit feedback sessions to prevent irrelevant responses. For large teams, managers need to deliver consistent messages to all members at once, reinforce communications in smaller groups, and use language that encourages discussion rather than intimidation. Effective management of both large and small teams requires understanding team dynamics and tailoring communication styles appropriately.
This document provides tips for improving productivity by addressing common time wasters like emails, social media, and phone calls. It recommends scheduling specific times to check emails and social media instead of constantly checking notifications. It also suggests using a voicemail greeting instead of answering the phone at all times. The document emphasizes the importance of minimizing multitasking and focusing on one task at a time to be more productive. Do You Have The Right Mindset To Survive In Network Marketing?4FingersMedia

The document outlines 5 key success factors:
1. Having a clear vision of your goals.
2. Developing a thorough plan to achieve your goals.

The document provides advice on how to be successful in life. It defines success as whatever the individual wants it to be, such as financial independence, pursuing passions, or personal fulfillment. It notes that while most people want to feel important and leave an impact, the odds of becoming famous are low. However, it's now easier than ever to learn how to be successful by setting clear, measurable goals aligned with one's values and purpose, creating consistently through passion projects, and using criticism as motivation to improve. The key is defining success on your own terms and putting in hard work over years, not looking for overnight shortcuts.
This document provides advice for building a large business network marketing business. It recommends saying less to more people by using short one-liners when talking to prospects. Examples of effective one-liners include asking if someone would be interested in a side project or sending a video if they're interested. It also addresses common questions from prospects and provides concise responses to help get more "yes's". The overall recommendation is to talk to more people for less time by raising curiosity with brief pitches and following up only with interested individuals.

Most of the skills you need in the "adult" world aren't taught to you at school unless you took some extra-curricular activities during your leisure or after school days. But no one tells you that. Well, I am not too sure if this decade has implemented these, but when I was in school my main focus was on the subject areas I was pursuing studies for, specifically those I was told would lead me to my "dream job".
But that dream job "idea" changed as the years went by and I found myself reteaching myself over and over in different areas. which by the way was an amazing thing. So I wanna share with you some skills you should try to grasp in your teens, 20's or now if you haven't started on those

Mel Feller Looks at the Art of Financial and Personal Success
The amazing paradox of success is that everybody knows the ‘secret’ of how to achieve it, but few are willing to apply the principles that virtually guarantee the attainment of almost anything you want. It is no mystery that if you identify a goal, write down a plan for reaching it, and follow that plan with persistence, determination, and focus, you stand a good chance of realizing your dream or, at the very least; creating an outcome that puts you in a much better place than you were before making the attempt.

Carrer goals.pptx and their importance in real lifeartemacademy2
Career goals serve as a roadmap for individuals, guiding them toward achieving long-term professional aspirations and personal fulfillment. Establishing clear career goals enables professionals to focus their efforts on developing specific skills, gaining relevant experience, and making strategic decisions that align with their desired career trajectory. By setting both short-term and long-term objectives, individuals can systematically track their progress, make necessary adjustments, and stay motivated. Short-term goals often include acquiring new qualifications, mastering particular competencies, or securing a specific role, while long-term goals might encompass reaching executive positions, becoming industry experts, or launching entrepreneurial ventures.
Moreover, having well-defined career goals fosters a sense of purpose and direction, enhancing job satisfaction and overall productivity. It encourages continuous learning and adaptation, as professionals remain attuned to industry trends and evolving job market demands. Career goals also facilitate better time management and resource allocation, as individuals prioritize tasks and opportunities that advance their professional growth. In addition, articulating career goals can aid in networking and mentorship, as it allows individuals to communicate their aspirations clearly to potential mentors, colleagues, and employers, thereby opening doors to valuable guidance and support. Ultimately, career goals are integral to personal and professional development, driving individuals toward sustained success and fulfillment in their chosen fields.

1.) Introduction
Our Movement is not new; it is the same as it was for Freedom, Justice, and Equality since we were labeled as slaves. However, this movement at its core must entail economics.
2.) Historical Context
This is the same movement because none of the previous movements, such as boycotts, were ever completed. For some, maybe, but for the most part, it’s just a place to keep your stable until you’re ready to assimilate them into your system. The rest of the crabs are left in the world’s worst parts, begging for scraps.
3.) Economic Empowerment
Our Movement aims to show that it is indeed possible for the less fortunate to establish their economic system. Everyone else – Caucasian, Asian, Mexican, Israeli, Jews, etc. – has their systems, and they all set up and usurp money from the less fortunate. So, the less fortunate buy from every one of them, yet none of them buy from the less fortunate. Moreover, the less fortunate really don’t have anything to sell.
4.) Collaboration with Organizations
Our Movement will demonstrate how organizations such as the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People, National Urban League, Black Lives Matter, and others can assist in creating a much more indestructible Black Wall Street.
5.) Vision for the Future
Our Movement will not settle for less than those who came before us and stopped before the rights were equal. The economy, jobs, healthcare, education, housing, incarceration – everything is unfair, and what isn’t is rigged for the less fortunate to fail, as evidenced in society.
6.) Call to Action
Our movement has started and implemented everything needed for the advancement of the economic system. There are positions for only those who understand the importance of this movement, as failure to address it will continue the degradation of the people deemed less fortunate.
No, this isn’t Noah’s Ark, nor am I a Prophet. I’m just a man who wrote a couple of books, created a magnificent website: http://www.thearkproject.llc, and who truly hopes to try and initiate a truly sustainable economic system for deprived people. We may not all have the same beliefs, but if our methods are tried, tested, and proven, we can come together and help others. My website: http://www.thearkproject.llc is very informative and considerably controversial. Please check it out, and if you are afraid, leave immediately; it’s no place for cowards. The last Prophet said: “Whoever among you sees an evil action, then let him change it with his hand [by taking action]; if he cannot, then with his tongue [by speaking out]; and if he cannot, then, with his heart – and that is the weakest of faith.” [Sahih Muslim] If we all, or even some of us, did this, there would be significant change. We are able to witness it on small and grand scales, for example, from climate control to business partnerships. I encourage, invite, and challenge you all to support me by visiting my website.

Why Psychological Safety Matters for Software Teams - ACE 2024 - Ben Linders.pdfBen Linders
Psychological safety in teams is important; team members must feel safe and able to communicate and collaborate effectively to deliver value. It’s also necessary to build long-lasting teams since things will happen and relationships will be strained.
But, how safe is a team? How can we determine if there are any factors that make the team unsafe or have an impact on the team’s culture?
In this mini-workshop, we’ll play games for psychological safety and team culture utilizing a deck of coaching cards, The Psychological Safety Cards. We will learn how to use gamification to gain a better understanding of what’s going on in teams. Individuals share what they have learned from working in teams, what has impacted the team’s safety and culture, and what has led to positive change.
Different game formats will be played in groups in parallel. Examples are an ice-breaker to get people talking about psychological safety, a constellation where people take positions about aspects of psychological safety in their team or organization, and collaborative card games where people work together to create an environment that fosters psychological safety.

2. BEFORE YOU BEGIN... I don't know about the 657%
figure because I just made it up, but it's definitely a lot
and could be even more.
Maybe, I will semi-withdraw the guarantee for now and
you can let me know at the end if I was right?
Read on to find out why...

3. Here's 10 little secrets about life.
It's meant to be tough.
Sorry.
Well actually, I'm not.
That bit is built in, but it's also no tougher than you can
handle.
That's part of the design.
You have to get control back.
One of the first things to do is believe that YOU are the
number one cause of everything your life has thrown at
you.
This comes as a direct result of the choices which you
have made AND the ones you didn't make.Hire DAVE CRANE - www.davecraneglobal.com/speaker-
4. So make better choices from now on and take ownership
of everything.
Stop playing the 'Blame Game‘
Take things on the chin.
Don't mentally punish yourself for things that go wrong,
but also learn from your own bad choices.
Your life should be a learning curve of moving towards
getting better at decision making. Treat it like a game
where practice makes better THEN perfect THEN
permanent.

5. Surround yourself with positive people.
You don't have to carry anyone. I mean it. Top motivator
Tony Robbins talks about the Power of 7. He states that
the 7 people closest to you will have such an influence
over your thoughts and decision making that your life will
be a direct reflection of the average of them.
So therefore, your happiness, relationships, emotional
stability, wealth and health will depend on their
conversations and advice.
This makes sense, doesn't it?
Hire DAVE CRANE - www.davecraneglobal.com/speaker-
6. It also makes sense to remove the negative and least
successful people too. Even if they are family. Sad to
say. You didn't choose them.
You can deselect or decrease their influence now.
Too often negative people leech off your positivity and
bring your happiness down.
Stop that happening.
You don't have to get rid of them (especially if they are
related), but you don't have to entertain them or spend much
time dealing with them either.

7. Turn your car/ phone/ office into a university.
Get audiobooks and podcasts and load them into your
daily routine. Learn everything on the go.
Dump radio. It's brain candy. It's like sugar, sweet and
not really that good for you.
Dump the news. Same reasons.
Remember bad news sells better. This brings larger
audiences. That makes higher sponsorship fees. This
guarantees bigger revenue. BUT that news is 99.9%
irrelevant to you. If it actually affected you, you'd know
about it already and then you could Google the rest to
find out how to deal with it.

8. Eat better.
You are what you eat as your body has to work out how
to create your cells and muscles from whatever you feed
it.
If you are 100% fast food and pastry are you surprised
that you feel tired or have bad skin or get angry/ upset
very easily?
Set loads of big fat goals.
Set bigger goals and break down how you get to them
into manageable steps and bite sized chunks.
Write everything down.

9. You may be smart enough to remember most of them but
nobody can keep tweaking and updating efficiently
enough to make all their dreams come true without
keeping a record.
There are a ton of apps that do this and you can also fall
back on having a notebook in your back pocket.
Learn to sell.
This is the single most effective way to become wealthier
and without it, you are just a storekeeper with a 'Back
Soon' sign across the front door.

10. Learn to speak in public and present your
thoughts and ideas more effectively.
Most kids can do it but lose the power of confidence at
some point in their school career. Usually after some
humiliation by the teacher or peer group but that should
never prevent them from being able to influence group
thinking and decision making. Get some help
communicating with NLP (Neuro Linguistic
Programming) and get your power back.
And lastly...

11. Work out your life purpose.
Why are you here?
What is the legacy that you will leave behind and be
remembered for long after you die?
How did you make the world a better place?
Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg recently sent out a
call/challenge to all Millennials to discover their noble
goal.
I wrote a whole article on this too.

12. Once you have a higher calling, you will be able to
elevate above daily trials and tribulations by focusing
more on where you are going to be and not so much on
where you are now.
Once you have done all the above, come back to me and
let's see what else we can tweak.
Have an amazing day.

13. Every single day.
It's your right and your choice.
It's also more fun.
