Our Consulting Fees
A Consulting fee equivalent to the following mentioned percentages of the Annual Compensation
(CTC) paid to the candidate shall be charged.

A service Tax of 10.3% on the billing would be charged. (As per current norms, may change
according to Govt. notifications)
Free replacement:
In the event a candidate placed by 1PointHR resigns before completing a period of 90 days for
any reason whatsoever, 1PointHR shall provide, appropriate replacement within 30 calendar days
from the date of intimation by the client, failing which 1 Point HR shall refund the entire amount of
fee to the client received for the concerned candidate.

3. Six Months Candidate Exclusivity Clause
1PointHR would be provided the complete consulting fees by the client for each candidate
selected by the Client from all the profiles, resumes or any similar candidate description material
supplied to the Client by 1PointHR. The right to claim such consulting fees would lay with
1PointHR for a period of six months from the date that 1PointHR has supplied such candidate
description material to the client. Thus, even if a candidate, whose candidate description material
was supplied initially by 1PointHR, joins the Client on his own within six months from the date
such material was provided to the client, 1PointHR would be provided the consulting fees for such
a candidate by the Client.
In case the Client, through other sources, already has the candidate description material being
supplied by 1PointHR, the Client should inform the same to 1PointHR within one week of receipt
of the material. After one week is over, 1PointHR would assume that the Client has accepted the
candidate description material as being from 1PointHR and as being original and exclusive to
1PointHR.
Payment Mode
The amount is to be paid by Demand Draft, Pay Order or Cheque payable in India in the
city of Chennai, in favor of 1PointHR within 30 days from the date of joining of the candidate.
