ABB won a $77 million contract to provide electrical infrastructure and control systems for the new Terminal 3 at Delhi International Airport. ABB will design, supply, install, test and commission electrical products and systems, including 11kV panels, distribution transformers, low-voltage panels, cabling, wiring, conduits, and uninterruptible power supply. ABB's intelligent power distribution management system will monitor and control the entire electrical network of the new terminal to ensure reliable power for the Commonwealth Games in 2010. The new 520,000 square meter Terminal 3 is scheduled to open in March 2010 with capacity for 25 million passengers.
