This document appears to be a diploma thesis from March to June 2006 exploring UI strategy for digital compact cameras. It analyzes compact camera categories, expanding screen sizes, and archetypical menus. Fieldwork included ethnographic interviews to uncover key findings about how technological advances have affected photography and people's use of digital cameras and images. The thesis explores the increased use of personal computers, the internet, and digital cameras and how this has led to more photographic images being created and shared.
