  1. Each Welch Way program take approximately 8-10 hours to complete and follows the following structured format: - Programs all begin with a keynote video from Jack to introduce the topic. A self-assessment provides a series of reflective questions to help the learner begin thinking about the topic. The video-based core content provides the essential learnings for each section of the program. Learners are then brought to the playbook which can be printed out and used to immediately apply the actionable learnings within their organization. A final assessment tests each learners knowledge of the core concepts. Additional guides are in development and will be included for facilitators, team coaches and participants.
