3. *At the start of the report it displays a starting image of the set
locations that the presenter is going to be speaking about in the
broadcast.
*The reporter starts off with a warm, welcoming smile to make
sure that the audience feel that it is a positive report and it
shows that the reporter is confident with the information they
are going to provide the audience with.
*At the top of the screen it shows a banner in which “Sunday
morning” is written in text to allow the audience to understand
what time the weather that is being broadcasted is happening.
4. *The presenter uses body language and hand gestures
to add emphasis to what she is saying in the report.
*The numbers above all of the locations in the country
represent the temperatures that are going to occur at
the time.
*Graphics are used to also add emphasis to the report
by using snowflakes to show the audience that it is
going to be a cold night.
5. *The banner at the top changes to “WIND CHILL ALERT”
which can relate to the audience that this is important
information for them to know and understand.
*A box is shown which gives the audience advice of what
the temperature of the wind chill is going to be and what
time this is going to take place.
*The presenter uses Direct Mode of address by looking
directly at the camera lense to suggest to the person who
is watching the report that she is speaking to them
individually.
6. *The report continues to an overlook of the week
ahead for the audience to give them an idea of
what weather to expect coming up.
*The presenter is still smiling ensuring that the
audience continues to have a warm welcome to
listening to the broadcast.
*A table graphic changes from the land and has a
table going from Monday- Saturday which displays
the different weather temperatures for the
audience to expect.
