This document discusses opportunities for coworking in South East Queensland (SEQ) to support innovation and economic growth. It notes that creative and technology businesses cluster together for productivity and knowledge sharing. While technology allows remote work, people still benefit from in-person connections. Coworking can help build density and connections by providing a shared work environment that leverages remote work. For coworking to succeed it needs supportive environments, communities, and cultures with curation of opportunities and connections between people. When most or all of these components are activated, it has the greatest potential to accelerate more creative and technology businesses in the region.
