While the bells and whistles look awesome and our clients are amazed by what the technology can do, a major hurdle for firms is “people-first innovation”. Companies are not properly educated on how to capture the return on investment when it comes to cutting-edge technology. This session will discuss the risk associated with innovative technology, how marketing and business development can utilize the data to be client-centric, and how to get leadership on board with an implementation plan.
