candidateswill be able tocope withthe EASdemandsinthe next20 years.
4. EMTs who retire inthe next10 years shouldbe replacedbyparamedics until the paramediccomplementis8.
5. Continue toadvocate fora minimum1 day protectedtime refresherday.
