My professional experience has progressed from site specific design and mapping of single family homes
and estates while working with Dimensions 4 Engineering, to neighborhood mapping and large land
holding developments for Carlile Macy. The progress has led to a diverse set of valuable skills in the Land
Development field. With a strong educational background in Urban design and City and Regional
Planning from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo. It is my desire to work as a top
design professional within the San Francisco Bay area. Working as a Solar designer, with SunPower and
as water consultant for US Hydrotech has given me the hands on experience in the design and
implementation of cutting edge sustainable solutions. With my existing project portfolio and the refined
skills of Sustainability, I am ready to move forward designing the next generation of Civil Design projects.

land developers. Providing land planning expertise to a wide range of industry professionals.

Proposal Design Engineer creating Solar system design proposals. Using cutting edge technology to
design ground mounted tracker systems for Solar Systems up to 5 MW. Conducted ground system site
audits to measure ground and rooftop site conditions for onsite solar system design. Worked closely
with Sales force to maximize efficiency and work flow within sales team and system design. Rooftop
system design using advanced shadow analysis.

2. Carlile Macy Land Planner June 2007-December 2008 (1 year 7 months)
Created presentation Exhibits for proposal interviews, presentation graphics and Landscape color
renderings for client meetings. Worked with Environmental Engineer on sustainable elements of project
implementation, including the layout of rainwater harvesting, recycled water, solar and wind energy
gathering and site permeable paver solutions. Coordinates construction document completion with
Project Landscape Architect, including drafting construction details and construction revisions during
project construction. Conducts site analysis, Neighborhood context, Slope analysis mapping exhibits for
rezoning and General plan amendments Within the City of Santa Rosa; including the rezoning of a
prominent hilltop site in Santa Rosa. Managed marketing of firm to the San Francisco Parks department.
Including researching funding sources, department structure and organizing meetings with key San
Francisco Parks department employees. Worked with Marketing director to develop strategy for Carlile
Macy geographic expansion plan creating maps and graphics for marketing and geographic expansion
strategy.

Dimensions 4 Engineering Civil Engineering Technician, June 2001 - August 2004 (39 months)
Working with Dimensions 4 Engineering I conducted extensive site work and mapping of both existing
and new septic systems. The Experience led to the design of new and repaired septic systems within the
County of Sonoma in sizes ranging from single family homes up to systems serving five residences with
multiple tanks and a single treatment field. I completed the layout of all forms of standard and non-
standard septic systems as well as the implementation of several experimental systems within the
County of Sonoma. Field work included soils testing and site visits with Sonoma County septic
inspectors, Survey mapping of site, soil testing and installation construction review. Land Surveying:
topographic mapping, construction staking, boundary surveys, lot line adjustments, parcel maps,
easements, legal descriptions, easements. Extensive experience with the County of Sonoma P.R.M.D.
