Consultant for large site and small bulding construction projects, partnering with municipalities, engineers,
developers, and architects on design implementation and quality control. Established expectations, performed
constructability design reviews, critique drawings for proper detailing and resourcing from various disciplines.
Performed full- scale Owner's Representation services for mostly municipal clients from conceptual design, pre-
construction and through warranty acceptance. Collaborated with design teams, generated bid procurement,
addendum, awards, RFPs, scrutinized change orders, headed OAC meetings, asbestos mitigation, design/build and
hard bid contracts, coordinated FF&E, inspection of major reconstruction and renovation of low-rise facilities.

KEY CAREER ACCOMPLISHMENTS:
• Quebec Celebration Event Center, Denver, CO: Owner's Representative for the Fairmount Cemetery to renovate the
mortuary, chapel and site to a new $9M Event Center. Orchestrated the design team and two general contractors to remodel
and implement new construction of the entire project from a mid-century structure to a modern and efficient Event Center.
Acted in the Owner’s best interests on all issues pertaining to design and construction including weighing asbestos mitigation
costs to design modifications.
• Elitch Gardens/Six Flags Amusement Park, Denver, CO:
Constructed all exterior site and landscape elements totaling over $6M, including paver systems, rock outcroppings, irrigation
system, mass plantings, picnic areas, tree-lined park, and parking-lot plantings.
•Denver 16th
Street Mall, Denver, CO: Project Manager overseeing the installation of the $15M tree installation project.
Shipped the trees on rail cars to Denver to be acclimated before planting. Craned the trees into place and set plumb and
secure to avoid movement after planting.
• Sports Authority Field at Mile High, Denver, CO:
Design reviews, value engineering, costing, and constructability for the $6M grounds surrounding the stadium. Entire
exterior site and plantings including seeding and turf, water quality, irrigation system, street trees, concrete ramps, decorative
pavement, site amenities, and railings.
• Colorado Convention Center, Denver, CO:
Assisted in the design review, value engineering, costing, and constructability of this $3M exterior of the building. Special
concrete finishes, traffic bollards, tree pits and grates, site furnishings, irrigation system, and mass plantings.
• Cheesman Park, Denver, CO:
Served as the Architect's Construction Representative for the construction of the new reuse water irrigation system, grading
and compaction, concrete bike and pedestrian pathway installation, turf reclamation, traffic calming, and traffic signage.
• Auraria College Campus, Denver, CO:
Constructed all site and landscape items totaling over $5M, including concrete paver system, state-of-the-art irrigation
system, mass plantings, tree-lined promenade, and parking-lot plantings.
• Civic Green Park, Highlands Ranch, CO:
Owner's Representative for bid proposal through value engineering, construction, and warranty. This 7-acre, $4M park
included pedestrian bridges, interactive water features, decorative paving, a restroom and pump house building, an 1800-
capacity amphitheater, playgrounds, and gardens.
• Louisville Community Park, Louisville, CO:
Owner's Representative for a 20-acre, $4M park, including the installation of a reuse water irrigation system, parking lots,
man-made lake and dog park, large pavilion with rest rooms and concessions, professional bocce-ball courts, interactive
water features, concrete walks, service utilities, playgrounds, and landscape plantings.
• Denver Commons Park, Denver, CO:
Assisted with the design review, value engineering, costing and constructability for this $10M park. Massive earth-moving
and land-sculpturing, soil contamination eradication, stone walls, restroom building, steel shade structures, grand plazas,
railings, concrete paths, irrigation, and plantings.
• Jefferson County Government Center, Golden, CO:
Constructed entire landscape exterior totaling nearly $4M, including massive unit-paver system plazas and entryway, boulder
outcroppings, grand tree and shrub plantings, native seeding, and sod turf.
• Highlands Ranch Metropolitan District, Highlands Ranch, CO:
Constructed dozens of park and streetscape projects well over $30M including playgrounds, parking lots, concrete walls and
pathways, decorative concrete and plazas, ball fields, restroom facilities, picnic pavilions, and park amenities.
