4. • Follow various types of maintenance standards (Preventive, Corrective, breakdown
maintenance) and able to execute various maintenance tools like Condition Monitoring, RCA
(Root Cause Analysis) and review reports for the same.
• Ensure all the operations are carried out in the plant as per the company recommended standard
operating procedures and policies. Review, maintain and update the standard operating
procedures, Task Risk assessment and permit to work (PTW) systems.
• Ensure effective use of Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) for
scheduling jobs, generating reports, management of inventory/spares, reordering and proper
record keeping.
• Participate in Emergency Response simulations in various roles
• Supervise power plant and electrical distribution system (Low, Medium and High Voltage);
• Plan and execute Shutdown activities including material and manpower requirements in a cost
effective manner.
