3. HOW MANY YEARS OF EXPERIENCE?
• INTERVIEWEE : my experience is 18 years in
civil hospital as nurse.

4. Since You are successful …. How do you
take your work?
• a) as a goal..?
• b)as a mission..?
• c)as a vision..?

INTERVIEWEE : as a mission..

5. According to you what are the qualities to
become a successful employ ?
• INTERVIEWEE : according to me qualities are
hard work , planning , management and to
supply all product or service which they can
serve.

6. During your long successful career you might have
faced some challenges, how do you take it ? As
opportunities or hurdle?
• INTERVIEWEE : I takes that challenges as
opportunities to prove my self.

7. According to you, what is a job
satisfaction ..?
a)external satisfaction.
b)internal satisfaction.
c) A and B both.
INTERVIEWEE : in my view both the satisfaction
are needed in my field.

8. Madam.. Sometimes in your career you might
have faced your juniors are not working
according to your expectations how do you
make them work?
• INTERVIEWEE : I handle him or her as my
student how you have to work and make them
understand to him or her duty.

9. According to you what is your contribution
to organisation and how do you relate it to
society?
• INTERVIEWEE : To give extra time to hospital
work. Related as a better service.

10. Can you give me any example of your personal
experience in which you demonstrate “you can
do” attitude and overcome the fear of failure”?
• INTERVIEWEE : yes have lots of experience of
failure as well as I can do. But most of at work
time when have a critical operation of patient
and their relatives are treat me as a worker.

11. What is your short term and long term
vision?
• INTERVIEWEE : My short term vision is to
serve best what I can do in my field and my
long term vision is to make people trust in
government hospital.

12. What is your message or an advance for
future engineers or any suggestion for
youth?
• INTERVIEWEE : just one thing that serve their
best things which they have… and for youth to
become health conscious and put ban on
smoking as it is injurious to health..

13. Will you please share any life experience of
yours, which you feel makes you a
successful person.
• INTERVIEWEE : once it so happened that in OT
there were no doctors, we two nurse had to
do operation and we did it successfully. That is
my best experience which sometimes make
me proud.
