2. Interviews
Interview is conversation between one person act as
interviewee with one or more person as interviewer
in order to exchange information. The interviewer
asks questions, the interviewee responds, with
participants taking turns talking. Interviews usually
involve a transfer of information from interviewee
to interviewer, which is usually the purpose of the
interview, although information transfers can
happen in both directions simultaneously.

4. Points to Remember before
Interview
Carry a copy of CV / Resume.
Know the company’s products or service they
deal with.
Go through the company website.
Annual reports of the Co.
Read business news, newspapers, magazines etc.
Directly contact the employees.
Wear formals and be well groomed in the
interview. 4
5. During the Interview
Be on time for the interview.
Be fresh and active.
The interviewee must be confident about what he
is saying.
Be honest during the interview which make a good
impression in the interviewer’s mind.
The interviewee must listen carefully to the
questions that are asked by the interviewers.
Don’t get nervous, just stay calm.

6. During the Interview
Sit straight and comfortably without leaning on the
desk or crossing your legs. Don’t be stiff.
Make eye contact with the interviewers but avoid
staring.
Don’t use too much hand movements and change in
the facial expressions.
Be fluent in what language the interview goes on.
If interviewer give anything to write then write
neatly.
Don’t say about your past, hence it is available in the
CV / Resume itself, tell only when the interviewer ask.

7. After the Interview
Greet them after the interview ends.
Thank them for selecting you for the interview
through e-mail or by letter.
Show them that you are looking forward to join
the company.
