Started as a Team Leader in June, 2012 with a team of 5 members, which grew to 20 members during
my stint as a TL till October, 2013. Having been promoted to an AM level in 2013, I was given a
challenge to develop a new team in a different region under the department extension model. I drew
more business to build the team to a strength of 35 members. After successfully delivering a strong
team to take the business forward I was involved in taking over a team of 40 members across 3
departments auditing major corporate clients in UK and Singapore.
My current job responsibilities include:
 UK secondment -Auditing as an In-charge on a new client (British American Tobacco - a
global cigarette and tobacco manufacturing giant) under UK GAAP while on a short term
secondment to London, UK. Audit also required analyzing the IAS and KPMG audit
methodology to ensure performance of audit under the framework
 People management and Performance management - Handling 3 teams and with 40
team members ( with 7 chartered accountants leading the 3 teams) across two geographies
dedicated towards providing assistance in performance of statutory audit of large
corporate in UK and Singapore. Also responsible for the performance management of the
staff in the teams
 Business development – Pursuing ideas and discussions to develop more business for my
teams through active brainstorming and presentations with the teams in UK and Singapore.

Accountants reporting to me.
 Mentoring and coaching senior staff in auditing
 A member of the Learning & Development team - delivering technical and interpersonal
